A fantastic opportunity has arisen in one of Australia's most iconic businesses. We have exciting opportunities for Machine Operators - Day Shift to join our Huntingwood Facility.
Undergoing a period of extensive brand growth and strategic evolution, this is an exciting time to help own and shape our iconic legacy.
This is a perfect role for someone who thrives on challenges and enjoys a fast paced environment
* Ability to adjust line and equipment settings via touch screens as required and within specifications
* Understand the importance of quality checks and carry these out as required
* Monitor product standards, identify and elevate any issues
* Exposure to product change overs and shut down procedures
* Manual handling when required
* Participate in maintenance, continuous improvement (CI) and team meetings
* Undertake housekeeping and cleaning responsibilities
The ingredients to be successful:
* Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
* Experience in a fast paced FMCG environment ideally within the food industry
* Be able to work unsupervised in a team environment
* Excellent communication skills – listening, verbal and written
* Thorough understanding of safety, health and environment as well as HACCP
* Previous line experience in a similar environment would be highly regarded
* Ability to understand and follow SOPs and adhere to written instructions
* Experience working automated manufacturing lines
* Ability to commit to day shift 7am - 3pm Monday-Friday
