**The Role**
This role is the liaison between Civeo and the remote communities in which we operate and is responsible for building long-lasting, meaningful, and mutually beneficial relationships which enhance reputation, social license to operate and brand awareness.
In addition, you will be responsible for leading the community relations, stakeholder engagement and sustainability agenda. Through spending time in regional Australia, at Civeo's villages, you will grow and build rapport with stakeholders based in these local communities. Stakeholders include community leaders and representatives, customers, businesses, and government. You will assist in building and strengthening Civeo's brand both internally and externally and ensuring Civeo is always projected in a professional and favourable manner.
**About You**
You are naturally passionate about others, particularly with giving back to communities. You easily build relationships and have strong communication, both written & verbal. In addition, you will possess;
- Prior experience working in a similar community, marketing or events position
- Create & deliver meaningful reports & presentations
- Strong stakeholder & relationship building skills
- Generates new ideas & development of forward thinking strategies
- Strong customer service skills Adapts well to changes & is open to new ideas & differing opinions
