Your opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Day Shift Supervisor to join our team in Pakenham.
This role is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
* Lead on-the-line production team to achieve/exceed KPIs in safety, quality, productivity, and waste.
* Lead line troubleshooting and problem-solving to return to operational standard.
* Monitoring and evaluating the operational performance of team members.
* A dedication to employee safety at all times and supporting employees to identify and implement OH&S improvements.
* Maintaining a high standard of GMP, hygiene, housekeeping and plant organisation.
* Actively support and participate in continuous improvement plans and strategies through team-based engagement.
* Ensure employees complete compliance and operational training and skills development needs identified for SOPs / Work Instructions.

Experience in a similar role and level in a food manufacturing business and FMCG industry, as well as experience with ERP/MRP, is highly advantageous.
