Due to this growth, I'm recruiting a newly created Territory Manager position for Geelong & Western VIC. This role is responsible for driving sales and building relationships across a Sports Medicine and Orthopaedics portfolio. You’ll work with high-quality products that surgeons trust and a team known for its responsiveness, collaboration, and results. The focus is primarily on their Sports Medicine range covering procedures from shoulder through to hand, wrist, and foot & ankle with premium biologics and implants that are gaining strong traction in the market. In addition, expand their orthopaedic power tools portfolio which provides a solid platform to build surgeon relationships and long-term commercial partnerships.
What background do you need for this role?
You’ll likely come from either:
* A medical device sales background (orthopaedics, sports medicine, or capital equipment), or
* A clinical/theatre background with strong procedural knowledge and a solid base of sales.
You’ll need to be comfortable working in theatre environments, engaging confidently with orthopaedic surgeons, and managing both the clinical and commercial aspects of a complex sales cycle.
