How you'll make a difference
* Lead and review mechanical design delivery across major water, wastewater, and conveyance projects.
* Ensure technical and delivery excellence, maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, governance, and client satisfaction.
* You will guide and mentor engineers and designers, contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline whilst focusing on technical excellence.
* Build and maintain strong relationships working with various clients across a range of sectors.
