As Client Relations Executive, you are the statesperson of the building - the first point of contact for tenants, visitors and stakeholders. You set the tone, create the welcome, and ensure every interaction reflects professionalism, discretion and excellence.
The Opportunity
This role delivers a white-glove concierge service within a premium commercial environment. You'll support tenants and guests with everything from restaurant and theatre bookings to VIP arrivals, events and daily building operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide concierge services including restaurant reservations, theatre and event bookings, transport and city information
* Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, visitors and building management
* Maintain excellent knowledge of the building, daily activities, events and movements
* Deliver professional meet-and-greet services for VIPs and major arrivals
* Support tenant receptions with VIP coordination and floor access
* Maintain confidentiality, attention to detail and impeccable professionalism
* Ensure public areas and conference rooms are presented to premium standards
* Assist with administrative duties, reporting and daily logs
* Liaise with external suppliers to deliver best-in-class guest experiences
* Support events and functions, including some outside standard business hours
