Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support and resolution for high-severity network incidents and escalations (L3)
- Deliver advanced configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting across multi-vendor environments
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to support robust, scalable network solutions
- Contribute to project deployments, migrations, and technical documentation
- Support continuous improvement across managed services processes and practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer, ideally in a Managed Services or MSP environment
- Deep knowledge of Cisco and Juniper routing and switching
- Proven experience with Fortinet firewalls in production environments
- Robust troubleshooting skills and ability to handle L3 escalations independently
- Certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, or NSE are highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills and a client-centric mindset
