One Power Solar & Electrical is a rapidly growing Australian solar and battery company delivering premium residential energy systems across QLD, NSW and WA.
We specialise in high quality solar and battery installations, including advanced systems such as Tesla Powerwall / Sigenergy battery platforms.
Our business is owned and run by licensed tradesmen, which means we understand what it takes to do jobs properly. No rushed installs. No cutting corners. Just well organised projects, quality equipment, and a team that backs each other.
Due to continued growth, we’re currently looking for two experienced installers to join our QLD installation team based out of our Coomera warehouse.

The Role
You’ll be part of our installation crew working alongside licensed electricians installing solar PV and battery systems on residential homes across the Gold Coast and greater Brisbane region.
This is not just a roof runner role. You’ll be involved across the installation and have the opportunity to develop into battery installations, commissioning, and advanced system setups.
Your Responsibilities
• Installing residential solar PV systems
• Panel mounting and racking installation
• Running DC and AC cabling and conduit
• Assisting electricians with inverter and switchboard works
• Assisting with battery installations and system setup
• Supporting system commissioning and basic troubleshooting
• Maintaining clean, safe and compliant work practices
• Using simple mobile apps for safety and job documentation
What We’re Looking For
We’re open to candidates with experience in solar installation, roofing, or carpentry.
Ideally you will have:
• Experience installing solar PV systems or working on roofs
• White Card and current driver’s licence
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Good communication and customer awareness
• Pride in neat, compliant workmanship
Trade qualification, roofing background, or electrical experience is highly regarded but not essential for the right person.
