Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have strong experience, ideally at least 1-2 years in a similar position, and will have the ability to deliver excellent service to our guests.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, reliable, and willing to learn as part of this growing team.
Duties will include:
1. Assist the General Manager with the management of the hotel's team.
2. Ensure a high level of guest care, while consistently aiming to meet financial and business objectives based on set criteria.
3. Act on behalf of the General Manager in their absence.
4. Assist the Heads of Departments to deliver their KPIs.
5. Monitor and comply with all company policies and legal statutory requirements.
6. Ensure adherence to health and safety, food safety, and COSHH legislation, including appropriate training and action.
7. Conduct departmental welcome inductions according to company standards.
8. Complete performance reviews in line with company policy and set objectives.
