The Opportunity

We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team at Southern Highlands Private Hospital. This role will see you working supporting our Practice Managed Suites. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be a highly organised, enthusiastic professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for the management of patient records, appointments and procedures and processing patient invoices and receipts. You will also be responsible for effectively performing administrative duties in line with our Ramsay Core Values to meet the needs of our customers and clinicians.

Skills And Experience

* Strong communication, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills, comfortable working in a team of doctors, nurses, psychologists, administrators and non-clinical staff.
* Computer literacy including the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience either in a medical administration setting or a reception role.
* Experience with Patient Management Systems, ideally Bluechip, Gentu, Mosaic software, is highly desired, though not essential.

Requirements

* Provide or complete a National Police Check (conducted within the last 12 months).
