We're on the hunt for a passionate and driven Corporate Store Manager to lead our brand new Two Rocks store, opening in late 2025.
This role will kick off before the store officially opens, giving you the chance to be part of the journey from the ground up — including store setup, building your team, and getting everything ready for a successful launch.

Two Rocks, is a growing beachside community located just 60 minutes north of Perth in the City of Wanneroo.
With beautiful ocean views, relaxed coastal living, and exciting development in the area, Two Rocks offers a unique lifestyle opportunity — perfect for someone looking to work closer to the coast while being involved in a major store launch from the ground up.
Running the store as if it is your own business, you will :
1. Delight your customers with service and store standards
* Recruit, coach and develop your own store team
* Contribute to a safe and positive store environment
* Drive store success with KPIs, targets and financial performance

* Strong communication (both written and verbal)
* Willingness to seek feedback and put learnings into action
* Resilience and a positive attitude
* Passion for self and team motivation
What we offer you
2. $73,537 + 12% Super + 15% annual bonus eligibility
3. Ability to have your say in the roster + extra days off for working public holidays
4. Regular Monday - Friday morning shifts
5. Paid full - time training experience ( i ncluding Food Safety Supervisor Certificate), conducted both instore & online
6. Ongoing support and career development, including genuine career pathways from stores to support office roles
7. Mentor new leaders and develop your own leadership skills
