Key Responsibilities
* Oversight of group payroll accounting, collaborating closely with the payroll team
* Management of Manpower recharge process
* Monthly reconciliations for payroll balance sheets
* Handling payroll-related queries during audits
* Coordinating determination of exact costs for capitalized development costs
* Addressing payroll accounting queries as they arise
* Performing calculations for internal and external commissions
Your Qualifications
* Strong technical accounting skills with appropriate accounting qualification (Chartered Accountant, CPA or similar) and 3+ years of post-qualification experience
* Excellent communication skills, ability to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner
