A Day in the Life
- Providing exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions
- Through the knowledge you gain, you will inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets
- Complete memorable sales transactions, aiming to reach set store sales goals
- Work with your team mates to make sure the store looks its best at all times, ensuring all the latest stock is on the shelves
- Be proactive in keeping your knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services we provide
- Contribute to a fun, supportive culture in-store where the team loves coming to work every day
- Maintain a solid safety mindset with commitment to creating a culture of safety within your team
What We Need
- A passion for animals and providing the best customer service
- Experience in a similar retail environment
- Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales target
- Robust interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and your team‑mates
- Physically fit, with ability to lift products up to 20kgs
- Flexibility and ability to work weekends and public holidays
