Submissions Coordinator at INTREC
As our Submissions Coordinator, you'll play a key role in crafting winning bids and be an integral part of INTREC's growth and success. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting the Submissions team with coordinating and compiling documentation for tenders
2. Creating bespoke graphics for internal and external communications
3. Formatting submission documents throughout the tender process
4. Coordinating with Pre-construction, Estimating, and Management teams on tender responsibilities and deliverables
5. Assisting in proofing, editing, and writing documents
6. Performing all duties in accordance with INTREC policies, processes, systems, and procedures
The skills we need
1. 3+ years of experience working on Bids/Tenders/Submissions within a commercial construction company
2. Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
4. Detail-oriented, organized, and impactful
5. Committed to contributing to a high-performing team and culture
