Key responsibilities include building a panel of advisers, supporting sales activity across NSW/ACT, managing licensee teams, and representing the company at industry events.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve new business targets.
* Increase awareness and adoption of the insurance offer among leading financial advice businesses.
* Collaborate with Strategic Accounts to implement account plans that grow sales through identified high-priority licensee groups.
* Cultivate relationships with key industry influencers to identify new adviser opportunities and expand the brand's presence in the local market.
* Provide regular insights from advisers and licensees to enhance the end-to-end insurance offering.

* Ability to engage new opportunities, understand their needs, and articulate solutions that meet those needs.
