About you
You provide top-notch customer service whether it’s face to face, over the phone, or in emails and web chats. You're comfortable working with technology and not afraid of a fast-paced environment where the pressure can be on at times. You understand the importance of the finer details, transparent communication, ownership of issues, and followup. You can work well in a team that is driven by customer satisfaction.
About the job
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, manage reservations, take payments, and deal with enquiries. The dropzone is a fast paced environment where you might need to move around a bit, bring your running shoes.
You will coordinate with instructors, the dropzone safety officer, and pilots to keep the skydives and smiles rolling in a safe, fun, and efficient manner.
Skydiving is weather dependent, flexibility in your availability is imperative, some weekend work will be required.
LR driver's licence and accreditation would be highly regarded but not essential.
No skydiving experience or industry knowledge is required, we will provide training. You will need to have worked in a fast paced customer service environment before where you've had many plates in the air at one time.
