Broker Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Broker Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers in QLD and supporting them with the distribution of Consumer Personal and Asset Loans.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of energy, enthusiasm and motivation. If you have existing relationships or experience in Residential Home Loans and/or Commercial Lending, we encourage you to apply.


About the Role

* Identify, develop, evaluate and pursue leads and opportunities to maintain a continuing application pipeline of current and future prospects.
* Build and strengthen relationships with brokers who distribute personal and motor loans.
* Leverage your existing relationships in home loan or commercial lending to help brokers diversify their offering in unsecured lending products.
* Establish strategic territory plans to achieve and exceed growth and volume targets.
* Deliver presentations to third parties highlighting our products and capabilities.
* Support training and accreditation of new brokers.


Requirements

* Experience in senior B2B sales within the broking industry or similar.
* Understanding of consumer finance, specifically personal loans and asset finance.
* Experience in Residential Home Loans and/or Commercial Lending through broker or aggregator channels.
* Knowledge of credit underwriting practices in a fast-paced lending environment.
* Demonstrated success in new business sales in a fast-paced environment, consistently achieving targets and deadlines – both individually and as a team player.
