You’ll be deeply involved in: Major class actions — from early investigation right through to resolution Settlement and distribution processes, including court approved schemes Drafting pleadings, submissions and key evidence Contributing to litigation strategy and case development Working directly with clients, counsel, experts, and group members You won’t be watching from the sidelines, you’ll be in the room where it happens. You’ll likely: Have 2 years PAE Be technically strong, with sharp thinking and sound judgment Be naturally curious and commercially aware Enjoy taking ownership rather than waiting for direction Thrive in a collaborative, fast moving environment Be motivated to build a career in class actions or complex litigation No prior class actions experience?
