What we are looking for
* 2+ years' experience in a premium restaurant
* Strong food and beverage knowledge
* WSET Level 1 (preferred, not essential)
* Excellent customer service skills with a natural sense of hospitality
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to prioritise and thrive under pressure
* Valid RSA
