Their product portfolio includes the Translas on-gun welding fume extraction systems, Nederman and Bomaksan portable local exhaust ventilation solutions, and Guide welding gloves.

Our client is committed to raising awareness about critical issues faced by welders, publishing numerous welding safety white papers, industry reports, and fume control frameworks. Our client is on the hunt for a Sales Specialist to join their team servicing South East Queensland.

About the opportunity

This role involves managing the South East Queensland sales territory, identifying new distributors, developing client relationships, and driving business growth. The position requires frequent travel for face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations.

In this role, you will:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and end users
* Conduct site visits, deliver product demonstrations, and provide technical sales support
* Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales KPIs, and report on progress
* Stay updated on welding industry trends and product innovations

About you

We are seeking a self-motivated sales professional with a strong technical background in welding or related industries. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to sales and the ability to manage their territory autonomously.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

* Experience in sales, business development, or account management
* Strong skills in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
* Previous experience managing a CRM system
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
