Exciting opportunity in our Online TeamBe a part of a fast-paced, collaborative teamFlexible hybrid role - Docklands based office & the comfort of your own homeMyer is looking for a Content Publisher to play a pivotal role within our content team, managing end-to-end website content using our Content Management System (CMS).
You will ensure updates are accurate, timely and aligned with brand and accessibility standards, directly enhancing the online customer.About the role:Oversee the end-to-end online content production process, including brief creation, creative rounds, and content buildEnsure online content adheres to guidelines across creative, brand & accessibility at each stage of the production processBuild and schedule content across the MYER sites in accordance with set go-live dates and ensuring timely removal of expired contentAct as a primary user of our Content Management System (CMS), ensuring its features are effectively utilisedCoordinate the post verification process (PVT) ensuring any content amendments are actioned in an accurate and timely mannerEffectively communicate with internal stakeholders to promptly identify and resolve content errors and incidents in line with our escalation processes and maintaining accuracy and complianceWork closely with the Production Manager to identify opportunities for content and process improvements within the CMS and the production workflowAbout you:Previous experience in eCommerce, Marketing, Digital Content, ideally in the retail sectorProficient in Content Management Systems (CMS)Proven technical capabilities, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and platformsStrong working knowledge of Excel, with the ability to confidently manage spreadsheets and support day-to-day operationsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detailA natural collaborator with the ability to build and maintain positive and productive relationships with stakeholdersFlexibility in hours worked, with minimal weekend work required (Key Trade Events)Benefits to you:Generous team member discounts on all Myer products, including team-member exclusive discounts.Access to lifestyle leave and volunteer leave - arrange work around your life, not life around work.A supportive leadership and team network to set you up for success.Career growth and succession opportunities across the business.Here, you're not only an employee.
