You will assist with daily tasks, provide emotional support, and offer companionship to residents. You will ensure the physical comfort and emotional health of our residents are met in a caring and nurturing environment.With kindness and understanding, you will:Provide personal care assistance, including showering, dressing, grooming and feeding.Support residents with mobility and physical assistance.Provide companionship and emotional support.Monitor and document residents' progress, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care while fostering a positive and inclusive environment within the facility.What you'll bringYou are a kind-hearted, patient and respectful person who is passionate about enhancing the lives of older people.
