This role is a 12-month contract position.
The Administrator will support the branch with various administrative and customer-facing tasks.

This role involves handling reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing phone calls.
Perform general administrative tasks to support branch operations.
Manage merchandising and stock maintenance activities.
Evaluate quality assurance and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Adhere to policies and procedures in all activities.
Provide customer-facing support as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
* Desirable: SAP experience.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful relationships.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Professional computer literacy and data entry skills.
* Adaptability to perform efficiently in a diverse environment.
