Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Sydney, NSW. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer experiences, manage store staff, track inventory, and maintain the overall aesthetic and organisation of the store. They will be accountable for meeting sales targets, implementing loss prevention strategies, and ensuring seamless operations while fostering a positive and inspiring workplace environment.
Qualifications
* Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
* Proven ability in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to oversee daily operations and safeguard inventory effectively.
* Excellent Communication skills to lead a team, interact with customers, and coordinate with company leadership.
* Experience in meeting sales targets and implementing visual merchandising strategies.
* Proficiency in retail management systems and a keen eye for detail in maintaining store appearance.
* Leadership abilities with a focus on fostering team collaboration and driving motivation.
* Previous experience in retail or luxury goods is highly desirable.
