About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to support operational maintenance planning processes across an established Oil and Gas business unit. This role plays a key part in driving efficiency and reliability in maintenance execution. You will lead the efficient execution of maintenance activities, foster a collaborative work environment, and provide high quality planning aligned to a disciplined operating model. The position is Brisbane city based, working a standard five day week on an initial 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high quality operational maintenance planning across the business unit
* Support preventative maintenance optimisation and asset performance
* Provide SAP based planning, reporting, and analysis
* Identify and drive improvements within maintenance processes
* Support operational readiness and mentor planning team members
Benefits
* Brisbane city based, Monday to Friday
* $80 to $85 per hour plus super, paid weekly
* 6 month contract with probable extension
* Oil and Gas operational environment

About You
* Demonstrated experience in maintenance planning within Oil and Gas
* Strong SAP experience in Oil and Gas projects
* Experience in Asset Management, Preventative Maintenance, Reporting and Analysis
* Exposure to CMMS strategy, system builds, and operational readiness
* Experience mentoring or supporting planning teams
* Strong analytical and problem solving capability
* Must have the right to work in Australia
