South Tweed Autos Smash Repairs is a family owned and operated business on the beautiful Tweed Coast. We are a friendly team with a good culture & enthusiastic workforce and currently have a great opportunity available.
Due to restructure within our Admin Department, we have an opening for an experienced and motivated Estimator to join our team in providing quality service to all major Insurance Companies for customers within the Gold Coast and Tweed Coast regions.
Candidates must have 1-2 years of smash repairs estimating experience.
Our goal is to provide quality service to our insuring partners, provide a unique customer experience and provide our staff with a positive work environment.

Position Purpose
* To supply a continuous flow of work to the Company, through developing and maintaining relationships with all work providers.
* To manage the customer relationship for the duration of the claim.
* To provide exceptional service at all times.
* To provide accurate and comprehensive estimates in a highly efficient manner.
* To assist management to ensure all Company regulatory requirements are adhered to.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
Requirements
* Previous experience working in a high volume shop.
* Insurance work experience is essential for this position.
* Work well within a team environment.
* Positive and approachable personality.
* Comfortable using Quoting and Production Management Software & Microsoft Office.
* Experience with automotive estimating software is required.
* Focussed on continual improvement and open to change.
Wages will be negotiated at the time of interview depending on experience.
