Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of our property and land-based assets, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry and building repairs.
In addition to general maintenance tasks, you will also be responsible for providing gardening services such as sweeping, hosing and maintaining the outside of buildings.
The ideal candidate will have experience in either building trades or as a maintenance person in retirement living. A current driver's license and computer skills are also essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Current driver's license
2. Computer skills
3. Experience as a Maintenance Person in Retirement Living (preferred)
4. Previous experience in either building trades (desirable), fitter and turner (desirable) or plumber (desirable)
