The role
This is a full-time, hybrid position (with up to 2 days WFH once settled in). You'll:
* Manage your day together with your paralegal
* Manage your own files end-to-end
* Work alongside directors on more complex matters
* Advise clients, draft documents, and appear in court/mediations
* Build strong client relationships during what are often high-stakes, personal matters
What we're looking for
* 4+ years' PAE in family law
* Solid experience across property, parenting, and financial matters (complex financial experience is a plus)
* Strong drafting, attention to detail, and file management
* A client-first mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically
* Someone who enjoys both independence and collaboration
