Harcourts Premium Group is seeking an experienced and motivated BDM / Property Manager to drive portfolio growth and deliver outstanding service to our landlords and tenants. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected brand, work with a supportive leadership team, and play a key role in creating and expanding our Property Management division.
About the Role:
This position combines business development with hands-on property management. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships, securing new managements, and ensuring our clients receive industry-leading service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow the rental portfolio
* Manage the onboarding of new landlords and properties
* Provide exceptional service to landlords and tenants, ensuring strong retention
* Conduct rental appraisals and prepare proposals
* Oversee routine property management duties, including inspections, maintenance coordination and lease renewals
* Ensure compliance with legislation and Harcourts processes
* Build strong relationships with referral partners and the local community
* Represent the Harcourts brand with professionalism and integrity
What You'll Bring:
* Minimum 2 years experience in property management and/or business development within real estate
* A proactive, energetic and relationship-driven approach
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Current Property Management Licence (SA)
* Confidence in using real estate software
* A passion for growth, service and building long-term relationships
