About the Role
The role involves delivering ICT services to a diverse community, encompassing various aspects such as childcare, waste management, parks maintenance, libraries, and community facilities.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting application issues, managing user access, providing support for incidents, monitoring system performance, documenting issues and solutions, collaborating with subject matter experts, and participating in after-hours support.
You will require tertiary qualifications in ICT or a related field, ITIL v4 Foundation Certification, extensive experience in supporting major enterprise systems, strong understanding of Windows, Microsoft 365, Citrix, cloud platforms, and service management tools, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and under pressure with multiple concurrent demands, and a valid driver's license.
Desirable qualifications include project management certification and prior public sector experience.
