What you'll be doing
As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide safe, effective and culturally responsive care. You'll play a vital role in supporting patients through their treatment journey while developing your clinical capabilities.
In this role you will:
* Assist in the assessment, planning and delivery of nursing care.
* Communicate and document accurate, timely patient information.
* Build therapeutic relationships with patients, carers and colleagues.
* Prioritise tasks to meet patient care objectives efficiently.
* Promote ongoing learning and adhere to professional standards.

Essential Criteria:
* Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA), with no notations regarding medications
Selection Criteria:
* Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD - Post endorsement experience within an acute facility and/or previous clinical experience within Renal nursing
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and to work effectively within a team
* Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal
* Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
* Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
* Commitment to continuing professional development and demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training.
