We are looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Service Agent to join our team. They are the first point of contact for our customers, helping resolve enquiries, provide accurate information, and deliver an excellent customer experience every time.
About you
You are passionate about customer service and consistently go above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction. You thrive on achieving outcomes, enjoy the challenge of delivering results, and take ownership of customer issues. You work collaboratively to ensure positive and effective customer outcomes.
What will you do:
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and deliveries
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate when required
• Data entry of customer orders and order management
What you will need:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused attitude with a positive mindset
• An eye for detail to ensure correct data entry of orders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous customer service experience within a call centre environment
