As the HR Coordinator, you'll support the full employee lifecycle while ensuring smooth, compliant and people-centric HR processes.
* Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
* Assist with employment contracts, HR documentation, and compliance
* Support managers with performance reviews, training, and development
* Maintain accurate records of HR data
* Support employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programs
About You:
* A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a HR administration or coordination role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Previous experience in construction, trades, or blue-collar industries is highly desirable
