The Roles
We’re seeking both a Gardener Team Leader and a Gardener Team Member to join our growing team.
Team Leader – Lead small garden teams and ensure the highest standards in garden presentation and client service.
Team Member – Develop and apply your skills in topiary, lawn care, and general garden maintenance while contributing to exceptional garden outcomes.
Both roles are full-time, based across Sydney’s Northern Beaches and North Shore, with above-award pay and great benefits.
What You’ll Do
- Precision hedging and topiary
- Pruning, feeding, mulching, and plant health care
- Lawn care and immaculate garden presentation
- Safe use and upkeep of tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Professional interaction with clients, maintaining trust and site standards
What You’ll Bring
- Solid plant knowledge (hedging & topiary essential)
- Leadership skills with reliability and attention to detail
- Team Member
- Gardening/horticulture experience (hedging & topiary desirable)
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the role
- Reliability, professionalism, and teamwork
- Driver’s licence preferred
