As a Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for managing our residential living scheme in Ipswich. This is an exciting opportunity for a pro-active individual to join our team and take the lead in providing inspiring, motivational, clear, and supportive leadership. You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
----------------------------------- Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous care management experience, preferably within a supported living environment. You should also hold or be working towards an NVQ Level 5 Diploma or have a suitable alternative qualification. Additionally, you will need to be able to provide evidence that you can demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and effective communication techniques.
