Morrison Agri is a trusted, locally owned company established in 2005. We proudly support dairy farms from North Otago through to North Canterbury with high-quality engineering, installation, and service work.
With a busy 2026 ahead and strong demand for new installations, we're looking to grow our team with an experienced Installer who can lead on-site jobs as needed, complete engineering tasks to a high standard, and represent our business professionally.
About the Role
* This is a hands-on installation and engineering role where you'll be involved in:
* Installing dairy equipment across the region
* TIG & MIG welding and general fabrication
* Leading small installation teams or taking charge of jobs on-site
* Reading and working from plans/drawings
* Mechanical assembly, fitting, and problem-solving
* Staying away from home when required for project work
* Ensuring high-quality workmanship and safe work practices
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who brings:
* Proven TIG & MIG welding experience
* Strong mechanical and general engineering backgroundThe confidence to lead a small crew or run jobs independently
* Good communication skills and a positive, practical attitude
Ability to travel and stay away overnight at times. Full NZ driver licence.
Bonus: experience in the dairy/agri industry (not essential)
