In this role, you will play a key part in delivering scalable, high-quality Salesforce and ServiceMax solutions. You will design, document, develop, and test innovative solutions that enhance operations and customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for designing and architecting scalable Salesforce and ServiceMax solutions based on business requirements. You will build and configure ServiceMax modules, Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations. Additionally, you will evaluate new Salesforce and ServiceMax features, as well as third-party tools, to enhance performance and user experience.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have 5+ years of hands-on ServiceMax experience, including implementation expertise. You must also have strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, ServiceMax Flows, and back-end processes. A solid understanding of Service Cloud and ServiceMax data models, including customer feedback journeys, is also required.
