**About the Role**
An exciting opportunity to join BOQ Group (which includes Bank of Queensland, ME Bank and Virgin Money Australia) has arrived! As a UX Designer, you will be joining BOQ Group during our transformation journey to be the digital bank of the future. This permanent role will enable you to add significant value to our organisation by designing services across all three brands' websites and mobile apps, allowing you to make a difference whilst acting with accountability and curiosity. With exciting projects currently underway, you will be a key contributor to unique business development and change across BOQ Group.
You will join a high performing multi-disciplinary team, playing a critical part in working with digital, product, marketing, and IT development peers to design changes for our BOQ Group wide websites and mobile apps. You will use your extensive experience to design new features/concepts, screen designs and user flows that ensure the user is at the centre of our products.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for rapid wireframe, test and iteration of designs based on customer feedback to produce production ready finished products. This will require your involvement with the UX design process from concept through to production. You will do this by advocating for customer, human centred design, lean UX and agility for the organisation. Therefore, you will be expected to solve tough UX problems and lead customer research and testing activities.

**About you**
As a collaborative outcome and people focussed UX designer, you will understand the need to balance the drive for improvements with recognition of stakeholder needs and external regulators. Having a background in delivering UX and visual design for mobile and web projects, you have experience in end-to-end execution from insight and concept to go-live. This will require an ability to partner with product managers and developers, having strong commercial skills and stakeholder engagement.
Furthermore, you have familiarity and training in design and prototyping tools such as Figma/Sketch, Zeplin, InVision and Miro. You will also have previous experience in design sprints, and customer research and testing within a lean, agile environment. Above all else, you will have an uncompromised passion for the customer.
