* Escalating unresolved issues to more experienced technicians or supervisors as required.
* Completing required documentation, including service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, and quality documents.
* Identifying additional service opportunities with customers and suggesting solutions to meet their needs.
* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols at all times.

* Service Documentation: You will create and verify customer, equipment, and technical information, capturing specific data using required service tools, and documenting required information in the service management system.
* Technical Escalation: You will obtain product technical issue information, utilizing available resources, and elevating issues to a higher level of expertise, balancing timeliness of customer response with investigation efforts.
