What you'll be doing
* Supporting and maintaining HubSpot activity across the portfolio
* Building and sending EDMs and newsletters
* Assisting with lead nurture journeys and customer comms
Content & Social
* Creating and scheduling organic content (Meta + LinkedIn)
* Supporting paid campaigns with content inputs
Community & Reputation
* Managing comments and DMs across channels
* Responding to Google Reviews and supporting online reputation
* Acting as a thoughtful brand representative
Corporate Comms Support
* Assisting with announcements and stakeholder updates
* Supporting brand storytelling around purpose and impact
Who this suits
* You've worked in a digital marketing, content or community role (agency or in‐house)
* You're confident writing in a warm, professional tone
* You're comfortable juggling CRM, content and community management
* You're organised and love keeping things moving
* High‐volume community engagement exposure
* Basic short‐form video editing skills
