Key Responsibilities

* Command and safely navigate vessels in accordance with AMSA requirements and company procedures
* Oversee all aspects of daily operations including mooring, boarding, logistics, and reef platform activities

* Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and environmental standards
* Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, crew, and management
* Monitor vessel performance and assist with maintenance and reporting
* Foster a positive, proactive, and safety-first culture onboard

About You

* Confidence using compliance, maintenance, or logbook systems

Why Join Us?

* Be part of a respected, inclusive, and safety-driven team
* Stability within a long-established business with opportunities for career growth
* Supportive leadership and a positive work/life balance
