We're partnering with a well-known lifestyle and action sports brand to find an experienced Footwear Designer to join their growing product team.
What You'll Be Doing
* Designing and developing seasonal footwear collections across multiple categories.
* Researching global trends, consumer insights, materials and emerging innovations.
* Creating compelling concepts, colour palettes, materials direction and seasonal stories.
* Producing technical drawings, artwork and factory-ready documentation.
* Collaborating closely with development teams to bring products from concept through to production.
* Presenting ranges and concepts to internal stakeholders.
About You
* 5+ years' experience in footwear design.
* Strong understanding of footwear construction, materials and manufacturing processes.
* Advanced Adobe Illustrator skills.
* Experience within action sports, lifestyle, outdoor or performance brands highly regarded.
* Commercially minded with the ability to balance creativity and market relevance.
* Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
