Job Title: Mental Health Clinician
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our team in providing high-quality, trauma-informed counselling services to residents of Residential Aged Care Homes.
About the Role:
* Deliver evidence-based psychological therapy and mental health services through face-to-face, phone, or digital sessions.
* Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, develop effective care plans, and support clients to achieve their wellbeing goals.
* Collaborate closely with Clinical Nurses, General Practitioners, and Residential Aged Care Facility staff to coordinate holistic care.
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation, ensuring alignment with program and ethical standards.

Key Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or a Mental Health related discipline.
* Active and current registration with AHPRA.
* Demonstrated experience providing mental health services in aged care, health or a community setting.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients and health professionals.
* A current WA Driver's Licence and willingness to travel regionally as required.
