* Ensure a safe working and living environment that promotes quality care delivery
* Document high standards of practice and care delivery with accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals and objectives
* A person-centered approach to care and service delivery, with a focus on promoting autonomy and dignity
* Prior experience in aged care or a related field is highly desirable
