The Role
We are seeking a Junior Secretary to support our practice groups with various administrative duties. The successful candidate will work closely with talented and motivated professionals.
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven person who has previous administration or customer service experience to develop their skills within a dynamic workplace. Our firm encourages and supports the development of these skills. The ideal candidate needs to work autonomously and in a team environment, with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
Responsibilities:
* Drafting correspondence.
* Scheduling appointments.
* Organising meetings, travel arrangements & diary management.
* Organising and maintaining electronic files.
* Liaising with clients and other third parties.
* Working closely with the Senior Secretary within the practice to assist with daily operational tasks.
