Your new role
Within this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for:
* Overseeing and assisting with the deployment of IT infrastructure, cloud migrations, phone systems, network infrastructure and internet services for a broad range of clients.
* Working alongside the pre-sales and projects team to scope and understand the project requirements.
* Managing IT projects end to end.
* Providing technical expertise and support during project implementation.
* Undertaking research and development duties.
* Assisting with escalated technical support requirements.
* Ensuring project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Demonstrated experience with implementing Microsoft 365 and IT infrastructure solutions.
* Proven experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, VMware / Hyper-V, Intune and Network troubleshooting.
* Knowledge of Cisco, DrayTek, Fortinet and Unifi network infrastructure is highly advantageous.
* A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Cisco, Fortinet and Microsoft certifications are preferred.
* Previous experience working for an MSP or Consultancy is advantageous.
* A valid driver's licence.
