**About the Role**
Our client is seeking two Customer Service superstars to join their team assisting in customer service queries that come through and be the front-facing advocates for the organisation. You will be required to use SAP and outlook, with thorough training around these systems provided on commencement.
The role entails:
- Answering customer calls professionally and efficiently
- You will be responsible for receiving and inputting orders, taking quotes and processing credits
- Maintaining consistent communication with different areas of the business
- Ensuring safety, health and environment standards are maintained
**Requirements**:
- Great communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to chat to lots of different partners and clients
- Great attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Proven customer service experience
- Must be comfortable with coming in to the new offices in Silverwater 5 days a week
