B2B Client Manager – Leadership & Talent

As a
Leverage Consultant
(our internal title), you'll join our specialised team — working alongside our Managing Director and an experienced consultant — supported by an internal operations and marketing team. You'll be backed by systems, structure, and support that let you focus on delivery and impact. This is a role for someone who wants to thrive within a team of committed collaborators, where your practical experience and people skills are valued and amplified.
Who This Might Be For
Your experience includes one or more of these:
* Led a business with a team of 15+.
* Held a senior leadership role in an SME, working closely with the owner.
* Advised SMEs through coaching, consulting, or professional services.
* Been responsible for developing a high-performance management team.
* Delivered results in B2B service environments.
The Work You'll Do
* Partner with business owners to understand their goals and challenges.
* Contribute to the shaping and design of senior leadership roles and organisational charts.
* Identify and curate candidates using clearly defined criteria and a thorough review process.
* Guide robust conversations with both candidates and clients to ensure strategic decisions are made with confidence.
* Deliver a standout client and candidate experience at every stage of the process.
* Own and manage project delivery, timelines, and communication touchpoints.
* Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of internal systems and service processes.
* Use digital tools (GoogleSuite, Zoho, AI) to work efficiently and professionally.
What You'll Bring
* Commercial acumen & passion, alongside people-sense in equal measure.
* Strong communication with an eye for detail and a bias toward clarity.
* Confidence in transparent, sometimes tough, conversations.
* Tech confidence (GoogleSuite essential; Zoho experience ideal).
* Project coordination and structured delivery experience.
* Practical understanding of team performance, culture fit, and HR alignment.
* A client-first mindset — you see business growth, not "jobs filled," as the outcome.
