ABOUT THE ROLE - Store Manager
You will take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the store, leading sales, service, operations and people outcomes while ensuring the store reflects GANT's global standards in a way that feels right for Bowral.
Key responsibilities include:
* Achieving sales targets and KPIs through strong leadership and customer engagement
* Creating a warm, welcoming environment with knowledgeable, personalised service
* Building and developing a capable, motivated team through coaching and feedback
* Ensuring operational, safety and compliance standards are consistently met
* Managing stock flow, deliveries, replenishment and cyclical counts
* Executing visual merchandising in line with GANT Global standards
* Identifying opportunities to grow foot traffic, repeat visits and VIP relationships

What You'll Do (Part-Time & Casual roles )
As a senior presence on the shop floor, you'll support the Store Manager and help deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
You will:
* Support smooth daily operations in partnership with the Store Manager
* Lead by example with warm, knowledgeable and professional service
* Provide reliable floor support during trading hours to maintain standards
* Assist with visual merchandising, stock presentation and basic reporting
* Support onboarding and training to GANT standards
* Build strong product knowledge and lasting customer relationships
