You'll be joining a small, collaborative governance team that sits at the centre of audit oversight and plays a critical role in ensuring effective engagement with external audit partners. The team operates with high visibility and works closely with senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
About the Role
* Leading audit governance activities such as fees analysis, board reporting, and audit compliance oversight
* Acting as the primary relationship manager for external audit providers
* Supporting the transition between external auditors, including coordination, process redesign, and implementation
* Managing multiple stakeholders across the business and external partners
* Balancing BAU delivery with project-driven work in a fast-paced, changing environment
About You
* CA/CPA Qualified with a degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related discipline
* 5+ years of post-qualification experience, ideally within financial services or professional services
* A background in external audit (Big 4 or similar preferred)
* Strong communication skills, with a proactive approach and attention to detail
* Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across all levels
* Experience in project delivery, process improvement, or transformation initiatives
